Abstract

This book clarifies why social change can result in both successes and failures. It explains how, as our country improved in many areas, it penalised our students to a certain extent. Conversely, it is an optimistic publication. It is not merely a matter of identifying the underlying causes; it is also about determining the most effective strategies and the most suitable personnel to assist us in achieving the desired outcomes for our educational institutions. Our future depends on it.
